Julia — Age 11
Relic Master by Catherine Fisher
Relic Master is a great book.  I loved the fictional part of the story. This part gave the book an interesting twist. I also loved the details the author voiced.  I felt like I was there seeing the story unfold rather than reading it. Also, I love the mysterious part that made me curious and want to read the rest of the book.
Although it was a phenomenal book, there was some things I disliked.  For example, when beginning the book I did not understand what was going on. I also had difficulty in understanding the different perspectives at first.  Finally, I was a bit disappointed that the author expected the reader to completely grasp the situation within the first few pages. Overall, I was very please with this story.

The Unusual Mind of Vincent  Shadow  by Tim Kehoe
The book is about a young boy who invents toys. I thought the
book was funny and I enjoyed it. There were two boys that I really liked
they were hilarious. Earl and Royal two toy inventors, who are
always fighting in a funny way.  There is one chapter that makes no sense
until the last sentence.  After I read it I said that if I didn’t have a book  I would read it again.

Cat Found by Ingrid Lee

I really enjoyed the book.  I enjoyed how every once in a while there was  something funny and then something sad happened.  I especially liked Salome and  Luke because they looked up to the cats and they helped save all of the cats  that didn’t have a home in their town.

There were many chapters that  didn’t make sense, they might have been too old for me.   Over all I  really loved this book.  I  would DEFINITELY read it again.
